Fairway Catering Services is a training and recruitment business covering the entire West Midlands. Enthusiastically managed and operated by an experienced management team with a hugely successful background in hospitality and catering, Fairway Catering have developed cutting edge Training programmes that enable our staff to stand out massively from the crowd. By taking part in our innovative training programmes you are guaranteed to increase your knowledge, skills and most importantly your confidence.

The programme “My Catering Portfolio” has been developed with the input of some of the most recognisable companies in the hospitality sector and is delivered from an “employer lead” perspective. Being the first main stream provider of an “agency model” recruitment business but offering fully employed, trained and qualified staff on proper salaries and proper contracts meant that we achieved near 70% growth in just 15 months in the health and social care sector.

Applying the same logic, we will be targeting all major conference organisers and venues, hotels, football clubs and wedding venues to offer not just seasonal or event specific staff teams, but fully trained, fully employed teams including supervisors and team leaders that will ensure massive improvements in reliability, professionalism and continuity.

Every one of our staff will have received a minimum 4 week training programme and be fully qualified to level 2 in food safety, be armed with hospitality and catering skills that stand them out from the crowd and of course, enviable customer service and communication skills that will maximise the customer experience.

The team is headed up by Anthony Somers who has over 16 years’ experience in the front line and his drive for customer service excellence is intoxicating and infectious.
