Overview

We are seeking dedicated Support Workers to work at one of our specialist support clients in Kidderminster. In your role you will be supporting 2 male service users who have distinct learning disabilities/mental health diagnoses. You will be experienced in working with individuals who exhibit episodes of challenging behaviour.

You will support these individuals to carry out daily tasks and work alongside permanent members of staff to provide a high quality care provision.

Successful Support Workers are required to assist individual service users to achieve personal independence while promoting choice and responsibility. You must understand the importance of integrating the individual service users into the local community life and activities by establishing and maintaining existing relationships.

As a Support Worker you will have the following:
