Responsible to: Senior Personal Assistants / Deputy Manager
Hours: As specified, including shift working, weekends, unsociable hours, and bank holidays. Hours may also include waking nights and sleep-ins.
Location: To work flexibly from a base, across other services, and in the community (when required).
Statement of Service Purpose: Support adults with a range of needs, providing personal care and support services to customers which respect their rights and choices, and promotes independence, within their home or service.
Experience: There is no necessary experience required for the role as Care Assistant. If you have experience in the role then this can certainly help. Experience can be, for example, helping to care for a family member.
