Fairway Healthcare, are looking for experienced Support Workers to work with our client based in Bromsgrove. Our client provides support for individuals with Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities. We have a range of shifts so whether you are looking for full or part time, days or nights we have something for you. Our client is a residential home which provides care for 10 adults offering person-centred, individualised care.

Responsibilities for Support Worker include:

• Supporting clients to fulfil their daily activities and day trips
• Maintaining dignity and respect
• Helping to prepare meals
• Assisting with personal care
• Carrying out appropriate restraint where required
• Delivering person centred care alongside other medical professionals

As Support Worker you will have the following:

• Legal right to work in the UK
• Minimum 2 references
• Clear DBS
